Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 cup sugar powdered


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 cup malai


  • 1 tsp red food colour


  • 1 cup whipped cream


  • 5-6 pcs strawberry

Directions

  • Firstly sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  • In a bowl add sugar, curd and mix well.
  • Now add milk, malai and red food colour.
  • Mix properly.
  • Now add dry ingredients in it.
  • Mix well cut and fold method.
  • Grease the mould with butter and pour the batter in the mould.
  • Now bake the cake in preheated oven at 180°c for 40 minutes.
  • After 40 minutes check the cake with toothpick.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Cut the cake into four equal parts.
  • Crumble the one part of a cake.
  • Now spread whipped cream on each cake part and arrange one by one.
  • Now sprinkle crumbled cake top of the cake and sides of the cake.
  • Arrange chopped strawberry and serve the red velvet cake.
